Job Description: - Update and maintain patients' health records
- Greet and assist patients with initial paperwork
- Schedule and coordinate appointments
- Answer patient questions and ensure quality customer service
-Ensure compliance with procedures 

Qualifications:-Hands on experience with MS Office and Excel 
-Knowledge of healthcare operations
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
-Customer-oriented communication skills
-Experience as a medical administrative assistant preferred but not required
