Responsibilities

• Responding to inquiries, problem solving, and following up to ensure client satisfaction.
• Fostering strong relationships with clients to maintain client retention. 
• Assisting clients with claims, billing, and endorsements.
• Conducting annual account review on all assigned accounts. 
• Treating each client interaction as an opportunity for education and account rounding. 

Requirements

• Already have or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty License.
• Insurance customer service/account management experience preferred. 
• Strong computer and technical skills.
• A team player who is self motivated and driven to succeed.
• Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
