Description

1. Assist in all administrative aspects of day-to-day operations, to include:
   1. Contacting all event venues at least 2 weeks prior to arrival to touch base and get any additional instructions or information
   2. Secure housing
   3. Make sure vehicle is being serviced, and van and trailer are in proper working order
   4. Financially responsible for all housing, meals, fuel, vehicle and instrument maintenance
2. Point of contact for all events - Upon arrival, will connect with point of contact for the school, church, or event planner
3. Spiritual Leader of the team
   1. Meeting with male team members at least once a week.
   2. Planning spiritually edifying events for the team, such as bible studies, college groups to attend, etc.
   3. Making sure everyone on the team is doing their Quiet time and meeting with their disciplers
4. Main speaker for school chapels and youth groups may delegate to appropriate team members as needed
5. Responsible for recruiting for the entire ministry of WOL, not just the BI
6. Driver:
   1. Getting the team to event on time
   2. Getting the team to meals
   3. Getting the team places for personal needs grocery store, hospital, Ups.
7. Main point of contact for parents.

Qualifications

1. Minimum of 23 years of age
2. Clean driving record
3. Exceptional communication skills
4. Highly attentive to detail
5. Ability to drive and ride for extended periods of time
6. On the road traveling from September to April each year
7. Two year commitment to the position
