JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARYThis individual will join the Undergraduate Enrollment Systems and Operations team as the leader of the enrollment operations team; this team supports three departments in Undergraduate Enrollment: Undergraduate Admissions, Financial Aid, and Pre-collegiate Outreach Programs. They will oversee and manage the enrollment operations team (3 full time staff members) which is responsible for the following work for the enrollment division: bill paying/accounting, mail/document processing/scanning/uploading, mailing coordination and execution, data loads, and reporting. Working as the liaison with the Common Application this individual will coordinate annual updates, manage testing, and communicate changes. This position will coordinate and oversee quality assurance checks, system coding, and monitoring of admissions application decision releases. They lead the team responsible for the implementation of WPI's communications plan ensuring the proper constituent group is receiving email and mail communication on schedule. They will work collaboratively with their counterpart on the systems team to identify and implement solutions for improved process efficiency, accuracy, and proactive monitoring of relevant tasks.

JOB DESCRIPTIONResponsibilities:
- Lead the enrollment operations team and supervise staff members on this team.
- Coordinates operations related to the undergraduate application process.
- Assist in analyzing business practices and process flows by establishing policies and adhering to these policies in the operations department, utilizing systems to their maximum advantage to streamline and improve internal processes, reviewing and monitoring data integrity within systems and use advanced reporting functions to verify enrollment data and provide recurring and ad hoc reports for various internal and external constituents.
- Oversee the coordination of the administrative support to enrollment division related to travel, application review, events, and staff onboarding/offboarding.
- Monitor the ID generation process for undergraduate applicants, troubleshooting and resolving errors when necessary.
- Collaborate with the systems team to evaluate and develop improvements for automating processes including assessing and coordinating impacts, testing, implementation, and documentation.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or directed.
- Some night and weekend work may be required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; 5 years previous work experience preferred; 3 years previous supervisory experience preferred; experience in a college or university or admissions, financial aid, or enrollment management setting desired.
- Strong interpersonal skills, accuracy, problem solving ability, and attention to detail are critical.
- Must be able and willing learn new software and technical platforms quickly.
- Must be comfortable working efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical acumen required; experience with Salesforce (or other CRM platforms) is preferred.
