Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join us as a Customer Service Coordinator. You will be primarily responsible for handling customer queries in a professional and timely manner.

Also, you should be able to conduct follow-up calls and send promotional emails to clients. To perform well in this job role, you should display strong leadership skills and problem-solving abilities.

Other essential roles include :

• Providing the clients with product and service knowledge
• Identifying and resolving any urgent customer service queries
• Providing regular training sessions and workshops to the clients
• Responding to client queries via phone calls and emails
• Maintaining the printers and parts in the demo room
• Addressing any customer queries in a professional and timely manner

Salary : $55K- $65K

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Must be eligible to work in the US.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Customer Service Coordinator or a similar role in Manufacturer
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• Good time management and organizational skill
• Good verbal and written communication skill
• Having an eye for detail
• Ability to offer excellent customer service.
• Proficiency in English
• Color management skill and digital textile printer industry experience are preferrable.
• Editing skill for Illustrator, Photoshop etc.
