We are motivated by the sense of responsibility and servant leadership.Job DescriptionInstalling, Maintaining, and Analyzing Data Center NetworkJoint project with head office engineersOperating Windows / Linux / Storage Analyze, research, configure, and install networks & computer systemsEscorts visitors within the datacenter.Works with OEM on server repair warranty and parts replenishmentGenerates and works from ticket system to provide support and projectInterface with electrical and infrastructure vendors for routine maintenance visitsQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.Bilingual (Korean, English)3 years’ experience in datacenter network operation, data center, and infrastructure engineering in medium to large data center environments (100-500 servers with supporting infrastructure servers)3 years’ experience in Server / Storage Hardware Management (DELL / HP / IBM / Oracle)Experience with cabling systems (UTP, Optical Fiber)3 years of hands-on experience with server repair and warranty parts serviceExperience with protocols and services based on TCP/IPExperience with routers & switchesAbility to work well within a TeamOrder supplies to replenish data center stock or for upcoming projectsUses advanced troubleshooting skills for hardware and infrastructure problems or failure remediationExperience working in a Highly Available data center environment with high uptime with little to no disruption in services or availability PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONSPhysical requirements include occasional lifting/carrying of 50 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment.Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions.
