Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly motivated individual to join us as a Customer Service Coordinator. You will be primarily responsible for handling customer queries in a professional and timely manner. Also, you should be able to conduct follow-up calls and send promotional emails to clients. To perform well in this job role, you should display strong leadership skills and problem-solving abilities. Other essential roles include:• Providing the clients with product and service knowledge • Communicating to co-work with Support related teams in Korea HQ• Identifying and resolving any urgent customer service queries • Providing regular training sessions and workshops to the clients• Responding to client queries via phone calls and emails • Maintaining the printers and parts in the demo room• Addressing any customer queries in a professional and timely manner Salary: $55K- $65KQualifications• Bachelor’s degree• Must be eligible to work in the US.• 2-3 years of experience as a Customer Service Coordinator or a similar role in Manufacturer• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities• Good computer skills (MS Office)• Good time management and organizational skill • Good verbal and written communication skill• Having an eye for detail• Ability to offer excellent customer service.• Proficiency in English• Color management skill and digital textile printer industry experience are preferrable.• Editing skill for Illustrator, Photoshop etc. Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. *** NO C2C ***
