We are motivated by the sense of responsibility and servant leadership.Job DescriptionDocument preparation prior to a contract process Issue the quotations to the clientsGive a guideline regarding a contract processReview/Draft the contractsSupport inbound contracts depending on the business environmentCommunicate with the vendors/clients/service teams/Legal/finance/AR Archive/Share the executed contractsNotify the contract completion to the client/service teamsRegister the payment plan to the internal system and communicate with AR for accurate invoicingBackup preparation for invoicingPreparation of invoice/resource reports for the clients Preparation of internal budget/contract status reports Support communication btw AR and customer AP in case of payment issues QualificationsAt least 1 year of relevant administrative experience in a litigation environment is ideal.Bachelor Degree in related fieldCommunication skills – written, presentation skills, etc.Candidate must have the ability to work independently or within a team environment.
