IWoof Gang Bakery & Grooming Southlake is looking for a professional, motivated & friendly Retail Sales Associate to join our team! Ideal candidate will have great compassion for animals, experience working in a pet store, and a strong commitment to customer service, excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

Woof Gang Bakery is a leader in the pet franchise industry providing the very best in pet care. Each Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming location is a neighborhood store, offering gourmet dog treats, healthy pet foods, pet supplies, accessories and pet grooming.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Maximize sales and provide a consistent customer experience
• Communicate effectively with customers to determine needs
• Develop exceptional relationships with current and prospective clients
• Maintain and stock inventory
• Perform inventory counts
• Able to speak clearly on the phone and maintain paperwork related to calls
• Protect the Woof Gang Bakery brand message and philosophies
• Display a professional personal appearance
• Must be able to work Saturday and/or Sunday
• Additional duties/responsibilities may be assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
