Estimated annual base pay: $108,600.00 (minimum) - $135,800.00 (midpoint) - $163,000.00 (maximum)

Woodward is hiring for a Continuous Improvement Manager for our Rock Cut Campus in Loves Park, IL. This role will be responsible for providing leadership with Lean/Six Sigma to implement proven CI methods and tools for the Production Equipment and STF departments.
What You Will Be Doing
Applying a lean toolbox across our Production Equipment and Systems Test Facility groups - Fostering a culture of lean learning in a fast paced, challenging environment
Connecting with our membership, providing a personalized lean experience, truly coaching and mentoring to establish a service organization culture of lean.
Translation and alignment of Woodward PLC processes from Phase 300-1000 (demo to production stage) into lean initiatives across Production Equipment and Systems Test Facility
Travel 10% domestic and international
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor's degree in a management or technical field is required.
5 or more years of experience in a professional role in a manufacturing environment or branch of the military is required.
Demonstrated success in implementing Lean/Six Sigma concepts.
Green and/or Black Certificates belt are highly desired. If not already obtained, member will be expected to be achieve the necessary certificate within a reasonable time frame based off class schedules.
Ability to understand transactional continuous improvement (bringing lean technologies to non-production processes) and use of transactional forensics is highly desired.
