We are currently seeking experienced Superintendent(s) – Construction – Travelling to join the team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Superintendents are essential members of the project team at Woodstone.

We are seeking team members with excellent time management skills who can maintain a high level of professionalism, positive attitude, and customer service mindset when executing the following duties:

• Oversees the daily construction activities at a work site
• Execute cost-effective project management techniques and strategies in the field
• Drive the project schedule and address problems as they arise
• Keep the job site safe and accident free – safety is woven into our company culture
• Initiate and manage RFI’s, change orders and other documents
• Coordinate and manage subcontractor site work and deliverables

Job Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• One year certificate from college or technical school – ideal – not required
• 5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• General Contractor or Construction Manager at Risk experience preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers through professional verbal and written communication
• Consistent communication with Project Manager, Project Coordinator, and General Superintendent
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with a positive attitude
• Ability to use time productively, maximize efficiency and meet challenging work goals
• Ability to maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft O365 software
• Procore experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
