The Opportunity: 

Our company is currently seeking a Bookkeeper to join our team! The mission of the bookkeeper is to allow company leadership to achieve the highest level of financial visibility by keeping all books, accounts, and billings up-to-date and accurate. 

Responsibilities: 

• Financial databases and account reconciliations are maintained in an up-to-date, professional manner to allow for accurate reports. 
• Previous months financial data is collected as required, holding appropriate departments accountable for timely data submission. 
• Accurate financial reports delivered to the Leadership team as required for monthly close out. 
• Time clocks entries are reviewed and approved regularly so data is readily available for invoicing and timely submission of payroll. 
• Manage the company's checking accounts 
• Manage the company's office supplies 
• Administer all payables to ensure prompt payments and to take advantage of discounts Maintain the company's safety records and manuals 
• Complete the required governmental filing requirements including sales tax filings Assist in preparation of the annual operating budget 
• Assist with surveying of WBAs clients 
• Keep up to date in trends and office management 
• Coordinate delivery and pickup of job site dumpsters and porta pots 
• Ensure trade contractors certificates of insurance are up to date. 

Qualifications: 

• Experienced with QuickBooks Online and basic accounting principles. 
• Computer/tech savvy ability to learn construction and other required software. Construction experience preferred, but not required. 
• Familiarity with Work-in-Progress accounting.
• Detail oriented 
• Demonstrable experience in developing creative and innovative new processes Strong communicator

• Trustworthy 

Salary and Benefits: 

• $55,000 - $60,000 per year.- Negotiable, commensurate with experience.
