Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels, receiving inbound freight, filling work order hardware totes, and ensuring accurate stock records.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain inventory accuracy by performing regular counts and reconciling discrepancies
- Organize and label inventory items for easy identification
- Implement and maintain hardware storage area to optimize product placement
- Fill up hardware totes and deliver to assembly area per job batch to company standards
- Notify purchasing department of any products missing or backordered
- Oversee ERP system procedures related to inventory transactions
- Receiving all incoming freight checking against packing slips for accuracy and approving for payment

Experience:
- Proven experience in inventory management or related field
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to physically move hardware and sheet stock effectively
- Familiarity with administrative tasks related to inventory control
- Knowledge of cabinet hardware and wood products is a plus

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
