We are searching for a vibrant, passionate, and detail-oriented People & Culture Operations Analyst. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of various People & Culture functions. A focus on leveraging technology to enhance processes like onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration is essential in our fast-paced work environment. This position’s analytical skills will be invaluable in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance overall employee experience and operational efficiency.

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

People & Culture Systems and Data Management.

  • Champion the implementation and ongoing maintenance of cutting-edge P&C information systems.
  • Ensure the utmost integrity and confidentiality in handling P&C data, while also spearheading its analysis and reporting functions.
  • Collaborate with IT and system providers to swiftly troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

Payroll and Benefits Support:

  • Provide critical support in managing the payroll process, ensuring it's accurate and timely.
  • Take an active role in the administration of employee benefits, aiding in enrollments and handling inquiries with a focus on compliance and best practices.

Onboarding and Employee Integration:

  • Innovate and execute onboarding programs that ensure a warm, seamless welcome for new hires.
  • Organize and coordinate new hire orientations and training, ensuring new team members are equipped for success.
  • Work closely with department heads and managers to guarantee a supportive transition for new employees.

P&C Analytics and Reporting:

  • Drive improvements by extracting meaningful trends, patterns, and metrics from P&C data with an ability to translate the data into actionable insights that enable informed decision-making across all levels of the organization.
  • Prepare insightful regular reports that aid strategic decision-making and enhance understanding of P&C metrics.

Administrative and Project Support:

  • Provide stellar administrative support across various projects, ensuring the People & Culture team operates smoothly and efficiently.
  • Respond to P&C inquiries with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, while maintaining excellent service standards.

KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, information systems, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in People & Culture operations, with a proven passion for technology, systems, and process improvement.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong written/verbal communicator with a focus on service.
  • Passion for streamlining and optimizing processes.
  • Practical experience with People & Culture systems is preferred.
  • A solid understanding of employment laws and compliance regulations is preferred.
  • Professional certification in People & Culture or related fields, such as PHR or SHRM-CP is preferred.
