The Men's Residential Program Assistant Director is responsible for coordination and supervision of the Dream Centers of Michigan residential program. This director ensures the day-to-day functions of the program are accomplished, and the program structure is implemented consistently, to ensure the growth and development of the program participants. Applicants should have excellent interpersonal and conflict management skills, along with the ability to execute program case management. Prior experience in a discipleship home or program is preferred.
