We are looking for a detail oriented candidate. The candidate needs to be anxious to learn. Must be teachable, hard working and punctual. Previous Auto painter/prepper or an interest in that field is encouraged to apply.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Apply paint/stain to cabinet doors, cabinets, trim ect.
• Use and maintain paint equipment and cup-type spray guns.
• Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, and filling holes to ensure smooth and even application of paint.
• Apply caulk or sealant to fill gaps and cracks for a finished look.
• Maintain material workflow in a productive manner. Complete tasks in a timely manner with attention to quality and detail.
• Stay on your feet throughout the day with general pushing, pulling, lifting, and bending required.
• Knowledge of wood products and finish.
• Keep work orders together.
• Use variety of hand tools
• Perform maintenance on spray equipment and keep finishing products in inventory.
• Keep a safe and clean work area.
• Clean and prep for spraying with water based paint
• Must be thorough in cleaning paint booth and paint gun between projects.
• 1-2 years' experience a plus
