Title: Floriculture Maintenance Team Member

Responsibilities:

- Pulling weeds and ensuring a weed-free flower bed

- Watering flowers and plants to maintain optimal hydration levels

- Planting seasonal color to enhance the properties aesthetics

- Pruning and maintaining flower beds to promote healthy growth

Requirements:

- Willingness to learn and adapt to maintenance tasks

- Previous experience is preferred but not required

- Ability to work efficiently and with attention to detail

- Physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions

- Valid driver's license and pass background checks

Duties
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs
- Conduct inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address maintenance needs
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions or failures
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
- Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors or external service providers when necessary

```Experience```
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and guide a team
- Proficiency in using CMMS software for tracking and managing maintenance activities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Knowledge of logic controllers and electrical systems
- Ability to weld, fabricate, and maintain various equipment and structures
