Woodmeister Master Builders is a high-end residential Construction, Millwork and Lifestyle Management Services company providing fine quality home building, renovations, custom cabinetry, architectural woodworking and residential management services for discerning clientele.
We are currently seeking a skilled Residential Maintenance Technician with "MacGyver" type handy-man skills to join our Lifestyle Management Team.
The technician will provide prompt, skilled service to customers for a wide variety of needs related to high-end home maintenance contracts including:
- Routine and emergency home maintenance and repairs
- Diagnose and solve problems related to systems, appliances, structures
- Fine finish carpentry and millwork installation and repairs
- Kitchen up-fits, cabinet doors, drawer slides, specialty hinges
- Bathroom remodels, install vanities, cabinets and finish work
- Provide exemplary customer service
Qualifications for this position include:
- A thorough understanding of residential maintenance and home repair
- Solid finish carpentry skills and millwork installation techniques
- Moderate level of electrical, plumbing and HVAC knowledge
- Cosmetic / touch up painting skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance
