**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Lead Maintenance professional to oversee and manage maintenance operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will have expertise in maintenance management, Plumbing and HVAC, and possess strong leadership skills to coordinate and guide the maintenance team effectively.

**Duties:**

- Develop and implement maintenance procedures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations

- Fullfill Work Orders and Make Ready processes

- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify issues and ensure functionality

- Coordinate maintenance tasks, assign responsibilities, and supervise maintenance staff

- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and breakdowns, utilizing knowledge of schematics and logic controllers

- Fabricate parts or components as needed for repairs or replacements

- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory

- Manage facility maintenance, including high voltage and low voltage systems

- Provide training to maintenance team members on best practices and safety protocols

**Requirements:**

- Proficient in English language for effective communication within the team

- Demonstrated experience in maintenance management and facilities management

- Strong knowledge of high voltage and low voltage systems

- Ability to read schematics and work with logic controllers

- Leadership skills to lead a team effectively
