Qualifications We're Looking For:

• Experienced Educators: Bring your minimum of 2 years of experience teaching elementary-age children and your passion for education to our school.
• Educational Credentials: Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Master's Degree and a Teaching Credential (or be enrolled in a credentialing program).
• Instructional Excellence: Manage classroom community and student behavior in alignment with our school philosophy. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, and prepare differentiated lessons to meet the diverse needs of our students.

Additional Qualifications We Value:

• Specialized Knowledge: Experience or familiarity with Reading/Writing Workshop, Singapore Math, and teaching in a multi-age environment, project-based learning, or gifted education.
• Social-Emotional Learning: Familiarity with Responsive Classroom or other approaches to social-emotional learning, demonstrating your commitment to holistic student development.
