Shine Time Management, LLC is hiring certified sales associates in Lutz, FL at our Ballantrae and Cypress Creek locations. We are looking for candidates who will be responsible for delivering the Woodie’s Wash Shack experience every single day; To make a difference in the lives of others by providing an oasis of epic amounts of clean, fun, courtesy, and opportunity!

At Woodie's, CSA's have the ability to control their own earnings by hitting sales goals and incentives. We want every customer to become a member of Woodie's and be a part of our family. Each time you sell a membership, you will be rewarded through our incentive compensation plan!

As a Woodie’s CSA, you’ll deliver WOW service to every customer and ensure a positive and enjoyable customer experience every day. Crew members should always strive for the best output of vehicles, while maintaining site safety, cleanliness, customer engagement, and membership sales.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Must display the 5 old school values at all times. Those values are: courtesy, hustle, ownership, pride and trust.

Help members and customers select products based on their needs.

Hustle, smile and show good engagement with staff and customers.

Engage in ground maintenance activities including the general cleaning and upkeep of buildings and equipment, including buffing, dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and washing windows.

Assist other departments as requested, including unloading and storing supplies.

Perform preventive maintenance and cleaning as directed by manager with the company provided tools, equipment, and supplies.

Maintain knowledge and implement current sales, promotions, and company policies.

Adhere to all health, safety and security practices in the performance of the job.

Any and all other duties as assigned by the Car Wash Manager or Car Wash Assistant Manager

Education and/or Experience

High School graduate or equivalent education and experience preferred.

Language Skills

Ability to read and speak to customers in English. Bi-lingual is a plus!

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills

Basic computer knowledge-we will train you how to operate our systems.
