Established in 1915, Woodhill is a private family-oriented country club providing exceptional facilities, personalized services, and year-round activities for its members, their families, and their guests. The Event Coordinator is responsible for ensuring an exceptional member and guest experience in the club for all events. The Event Coordinator is the first point of contact for members and therefore represents Woodhill Country Club. This position is responsible for interacting with members, vendors, and a variety of staff to facilitate and ensure a high-quality event experience. The Event Coordinator works closely with the Director of Catering, Assistant General Manager, and Culinary Team.
Requirements
Expected Hours of Work: Monday-Friday 10am-6pm. This is a year-round position.
