Description

Woodhaven a drug treatment facility located near downtown Dayton has an exciting new opportunity for someone to join the team as an Operations Manager. In this role, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing the operational processes and IT infrastructure with the organization. The Operations Manager will work closely with the Health and Safety team to ensure our operations are maintained according to company objectives. The Operations Manager will take the lead in managing the EHR and other software technology.

Requirements

• Ability to lead and direct projects.
• Ability to oversee and understand technology, equipment and software including Microsoft Office, phone systems, and the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• A college degree is preferred. HS or GED required.
• Experience in a health care setting is a plus. 
• Must be able to stand long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds -- at times this position will require assisting, performing or leading the Support functions of the facility.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to be added to the company auto insurance is required.
• Must have attention to detail with a focus on results and solutions.
