Job Summary:
A leading global healthcare company is seeking a talented and driven Director of eCommerce Applications. As an eCommerce Director, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the online sales platforms and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of eCommerce best practices.

Duties:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms, including website management, product listings, and inventory management
- Optimize website performance and user experience to drive sales and increase conversion rates
- Develop and implement strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic to our website
- Monitor and analyze website analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive online presence
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce to drive innovation and continuous improvement

Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage projects and teams
- Proficiency in eCommerce systems and platforms
- Experience with virtualization technologies
- Familiarity with network administration principles
- Strong project management skills

Pay: $195,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
