Glendale Nissan IMMEDIATE OPENING-to work in our office & handle Cashier / Switchboard. This is an outstanding opportunity to work in a fun and fast-paced environment and for one of the most established dealerships in Illinois.

If you have cashiering experience and are looking for more to do, this is a great opportunity to learn more.

In this position, your responsibilities will include :

• Answer switchboard & route calls.
• Assisting our customers with basic dealership information.
• Receive & process all cash & credit card payments.
• Maintain daily records of all cashier transactions.
• Stocks in cars and maintains key track machines for the sales department.

Requirements :

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in our fast-paced business while multi-tasking.
• Working knowledge of computers (currently on ADP / CDK system).
• Professional appearance & attitude.
• Pre-placement drug screen.

Additional Considerations :

• Bilingual English, Spanish, Polish is a plus!
• Auto dealer experience is preferred but will train the right person.

Schedule :

• Day shift - Monday - Friday (7am - 4pm)
