Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton is seeking a Ladies Golf Locker Room Supervisor :responsible for ensuring the highest level of member and guest service by supervising the locker room and the locker room staff. Our supervisor will communicate effectively to ensure the locker room team provides the Club’s expected standards of service to our golf members and their guests.
**Must be available to work weekends & holidays**
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following:

• Courteously greet all members when they enter the ladies locker room.

• Direct and assist with all opening and closing duties, setup of rooms for events

• Regularly inspect and maintain the locker room for cleanliness, working condition and proper furniture/equipment set up

• Inform staff of their responsibilities and assign them tasks and breaks as needed

• Provide professional set-up of women's locker rooms.

• Provide shoe cleaning, shining, lacing, and spiking services to members.

• Maintain the appearance of the lounge area throughout the day, replenishing food and beverage items (i.e., food and beverages) throughout the day.

• Maintain inventory of all locker room supplies, and communicate with golf management staff when reorders are necessary.

• Be familiar with all Club services/features to respond to members inquiries accurately

• Resolve member complaints, ensuring member satisfaction.

• Organize all assigned functions and complete preparation work in accordance to departmental standards

• Perform other job related duties as requested by the Director of Golf Operations

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior supervisory/managerial experience in a luxury country club or upscale golf club, preferred

• Excellent presentation and service orientation

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

• May work extended hours

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
