We are looking for an experienced and talented Assistant Director of Food and Beverage to join the team at Woodcliff Hotel & Spa in Rochester, NY. Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, the Assistant Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel's food and beverage department. This includes supervising, training, and motivating staff, ensuring a commitment to high customer service levels are met, ensuring that all health and safety regulations are enforced, designing and implementing menus and food promotions, and managing the overall budget. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position as well as a background in hospitality management and excellent organizational and communication skills.
