The Position:

We are currently seeking a full-time residential Maintenance Supervisor to work with our team at Twin Arbors Apartments in Plymouth!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing general maintenance and repairs of the property
• Interacting with staff and management to identify and provide solution to issues
• Overseeing capital improvements, providing regular status reports
• Performing regular property inspections and address findings with the team
• Completing paperwork as necessary including work orders, purchase orders, lien waiver, etc.

The Requirements:

• Prior residential maintenance supervisor experience
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., move appliances, bend, & climb ladders
• Must have a valid driver's license & reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check & drug screening

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
