Woodbridge Montessori Academy is an established family owned local school. Our staff are family and we look to hire staff looking to make a long term career with our school.

WMA seeks a fun loving individual for an opening in our Sachse location. Candidates must be experienced in early childhood education and have a Montessori degree.

We have an opening in the following classroom:

Primary (3-6 years)

We seek experienced candidates with strong leadership skills, professionalism, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a deep love of early childhood education. All candidates must have reliable transportation, be passionate and patient, and have excellent written and verbal skills.

Candidates must have completed mandatory in-service hours per DFPS licensing standards and currently hold a Montessori teaching degree · Be able to pass all required background checks · Be able to stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. daily.

Hourly pay is based on experience. WMA does offer paid vacations and a medical plan, and matching 401k.

WMA is open 6:30 am to 6:30 pm and requires all staff to be flexible and able to assist in other classes and schedules as needed, however this shift is expected to be from 7:45am-4:30pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
