Pourline Operator Split shift (10:00am to 6:30 pm) at a leading foam manufacture in North America

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain TDI gas monitor at head of round block and flat block lines.
• Assemble mix heads for all lines: round, flat, and CO2.
• Set up machinery in preparation of production runs.
• Start up and shut down the machine properly.
• Properly secure TDI, water, and or tin injectors into mix head.
• Operate: main pour/purge switch, conveyor, fall plates, mixer, and fence on round and flat lines.
• Cross train in other positions as required

Qualifications

· High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

· 3 to 6 months related experience or training

· Or equivalent combination of education and experience

Salary information: per hour (Salary is dependent on experience) $17- $24 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
