Woodbridge Home Solutions is an award-winning, three-generation, family-owned and operated, specialty remodeler serving Texas, Kansas and Oklahoma since 1989. We are a high-growth, faced-paced provider of energy efficient siding, windows and doors - dedicated to delivering our customers the best experience with their home improvement needs. 

We are currently seeking a confident, dependable, results-oriented Team Lead to develop and manage a team of door to door marketing representatives. These representatives generate leads and set appointments with local homeowners at no-cost for our in-home consultations.

Salary: $60,000 base pay bonus (potential earnings $80,000-$100,000 per year)

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train a strong team of canvassers
• Coach, develop and motivate each team member to ensure they are following proper procedures and guidelines
• Engage with residents in assigned neighborhoods introducing them to the product or service being promoted
• Clearly present product or service benefits and features.
• Provide accurate information and address customer concerns
• Persuade residents to schedule a free no obligation home improvement consultation
• Hand out promotional materials, brochures, flyers, or samples to interested residents
• Mapping, permit logistics, payroll activities and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous experience in door-to-door sales or canvassing preferred
• Proven track record of running successful canvassing/ door to door teams preferred
• Experience hiring, training and coaching a sales and/or marketing team
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding set performance standards
• Evenings and weekends are required
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record
• Pre-employment background check
