What You'll Do:

• Manage direct report schedules to ensure adequate coverage for each day and shift
• Ensure team has the needed resources to execute their duties
• Facilitate efficient deployment of crews
• Spend 60% of time in the field assisting teams with obstacles, continuous improvement, and problem solving

What It Takes:

• Attention to detail
• 5 years of industry experience
• Strong communication skills
• Experience leading smalls crews
• Current, valid driver's license
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
