Responsibilities may include:
• Participates in and contributes to all HSE efforts in day-to-day activities
• Receives engineering work packs to build the Project Execution work pack
• Collaborates with project engineers to maintain project schedules with horizons ranging from two weeks to 18 months. Statuses past and current activities by collecting actual information from construction, procurement, engineering, and other partners
• Presents resource Alignment opportunities to stakeholders
• Identifies, prioritizes, and implements integrated planning process continuous improvement opportunities
• Schedules & facilitates kick-off meetings with engineering, contractors & vendors
• Collaborates with field leadership to determine priority of activities to enable scheduling of work
• Periodically visits jobsites to aid in planning of work, to help identify any efficiencies
• Collaborates with Supply Chain personnel ensuring that all major equipment and material is ordered and deliveries are complete prior to the scheduled start date
• Ensures all required material and contract services are available to complete work
• Contacts contractors to stage the material to be ready for execution by the contractors working within the projects group
• Improves 2-Way communications (via daily and weekly meetings) between all parties involved in planning of a job including operations, engineering, well ops, construction, maintenance, and HSE to align the work program to meet the established schedules and business plans
• Works with different functional groups with internal (i.e. engineering) and external contractors for the planning and scheduling of work
• Follows established processes for safety, planning & scheduling, procurement to ensure all parties agree
• Interfaces directly with the other Eagle Ford PS and the Eagle Ford supervisors to ensure the work packs and resources are ready for project execution
• Enters Daily reports & Daily costs into Wellview
• Creates SAP Requisitions & Posting Good Receipts
• Maintains and issues Major Projects Integrated Schedule weekly
• Ability to work within a diverse cultural environment
