Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
• Take guest orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and alcohol service regulations
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Monitor guest behavior and intervene as necessary to prevent overconsumption or underage drinking
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
• Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, including mixing cocktails, pouring drinks, and garnishing beverages
• Proficient in retail math calculations for accurate pricing and cash handling
• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing and payment transactions
• Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a bartending role
• Knowledge of different types of beer, wine, and spirits, as well as brewing processes
• Excellent cash handling skills and ability to operate a cash register accurately
• Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of food safety regulations and ability to maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with health codes
• Strong math skills for measuring ingredients, calculating tabs, and making change accurately
• Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience for guests

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.98 - $25.39 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
