Servers are responsible for providing excellent customer service. Their duties include:
- Greeting customers and presenting menus
- Taking and serving food and drink orders
- Communicating orders to the kitchen staff including allergen and dietary needs
- Maintaining knowledge of every menu item
- Responsible alcohol service
- Arranging table settings
- Keeping tables clean and tidy
- Delivering checks and collecting payments
- Resolving customer problems
- Make suggestions based on their preferences
- Up-sell when appropriate
- Rolling silverware for next shift or day
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 35 per week
