CARE TEAM JOB DESCRIPTION
We are hiring passionate Caregiver or CNA to work in a pleasant Assisted Living setting. Interpersonal skills, including exceptional patience and listening skills, are imperative to this position. We are proud to offer you the opportunity to pursue your passion and grow your work experience. We have a great Care Team that is happy to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities Include:
Managing patient medications
Providing shower and dressing assistance
Encouraging socialization and participation in community activities
Following patient care plan
Assisting with transfer and mobility
Responding to emergency situations and calling 9-1-1
Triaging patient concerns
First aid and wound care as needed
Monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition
Communicating with patient families
