Security Clearance Requirements:

This position requires all candidates to be U.S. Citizens and possess an active TS/SCI Security Clearance with a Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the Agency's largest and most challenging programs to ensure program success and ensure consistent implementation of the Agency's Enterpise Systems Engineering Plan.

• Identify and manager program risks.

• Provide a structured analytical framework for decision management.

• Implement program configuration management.

• Define and manage program requirements.

• Define, manage, and sustain program scope.

• Enforce interoperability standards.

• Identify and manage program dependencies.

• Support and advocate program lifecycle management.

• Define and manage architecture.

• Define, manage, and perform test and evaluation.

Qualifications

Required Education & Years of Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• Twenty (20) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
• Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts is required.
