Mental Health Therapist: Team Leader of San Francisco

Wonder is seeking a licensed mental health therapist to run our San Francisco Market. We are seeking a leader for our San Francisco team while also having a small caseload. Wonder provides in-home and community-based treatment centered on a holistic and integrative family systems approach.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Helps to maintain a safe and healthy environment for the team, and provide leadership for team meetings and in-the-moment support for team members
• Holds a small caseload (as either a parent coach or individual coach- see Indeed posting for more information on those positions)
• Contributes to the vision of the company 
• Monitors monthly engagement for families and provides notification of changes and discharges
• Monitors progress note input of team members
• Calculates monthly billing for the region 
• Reviews and gains strong understanding of monthly financial reports for region, communicates logistics to team when necessary
• Develops familiarity with BestNotes and Google Docs
• Supports HIPAA Compliance and oversees implementation of new practices when necessary
• Helps with customer service with both referral sources and clients
• Works with the Outreach Dept to maintain referral relations and pursue new referrals
• Responsible for interviewing and hiring candidates for your region. Responsible for training team members for their role. If not an appropriate fit for the team, helping them move on from Wonder.

You’ll be a good fit if you possess the following:

• Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Counseling (required)
• California State Licensure (Preferred)

• Minimum of 2 years supervisor experience 
• Experience working with adolescents, young adults, and families providing individual and family therapy

• Experience working with experiential modalities in a community-based setting
