**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will have three years of experience in healthcare, with one year having been in a managerial role, and knowledge of human resources.
**Duties:**
- Ensures adequate scheduling and staffing of clinic employees; recruiting, hiring, onboarding and developing staff; provides performance feedback, addressing issues as necessary, and provides input into staff performance reviews in a timely effective manner
- Managing of employee PTO and time and attendance
- Processing of Payroll for employees and Physicians when needed in coordination with Business Office Manager
- Maintain inventory and ordering of medical supplies and equipment
- Ensure employees are adequately trained to perform their assigned duties safely and correctly
- Liasion between office and associated vendors to troubleshoot clinical issues and ensure efficiency
- Monitor clinic activity and patient flow to ensure efficient and effective patient care
- Coordinate with healthcare providers that medical care is delivered in accordance with physician instructions
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Frequent formal and informal meetings with clinic staff and other department managers to foster engagement, development and communication
- Facilitate individual and team development that drives positive results
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
**Skills:**
The following skills are required or nice-to-have for this position:
- Proficiency in systems such as Athena or similar medical software
- Experience in OB/GYN or clinic management
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance standards
- Strong background in office management and human resources
- Expertise in medical office management practices
- Ability to handle fiscal management responsibilities
- Familiarity with managed care practices
