Women's Health And Wellness Clinic in Medford, OR is looking for a family practice provider to join our team to help bring primary care to our patients. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working. We are looking for a team player who is also able to work independently with a high degree of clinical expertise.

This position will be commission based pay, with the percentage rate being reevaluated yearly in relation to expenses and income. The expected work schedule would be Monday thru Friday, with some flexibility offered.

Being a small company, benefits at this time are limited, but will include flexibility in daily patient schedule and time off as needed (within reason as to not affect patient care). We are hoping to expand the benefit options as the business grows to include a retirement option among others. It is important to us that patients receive the best care possible, so the number of patients seen each day will vary based on the practitioners ability to provide this quality of care. We want the right candidate to feel like part of the team and have a say in the day to day functions of the clinic. Our goal is to provide quality care to patients while maintaining a healthy and happy work environment for the provider. This clinic is a drama free environment and we treat each other as equals, regardless of role.

Responsibilities:

The right candidate will perform physical exams, order diagnostic tests and procedures, diagnose and treat illness, prescribe needed medications, and teach their patients how to develop healthy lifestyles to promote health and prevent disease. This will be done while following evidence based care.

-Provider will need to be "on-call" for their patients' urgent needs after hours

-Provider will be responsible for prior authorizations and referrals

Qualifications:

-Valid NP/MD/ND license in Oregon

-Board certification

-Active DEA license

-Clinical expertise in primary care for all ages and backgrounds

-Excellent communication skills
