We are currently seeking qualified individual to fill a full-time (5 days per week) position as a Patient Care Representative (PCR) at our PT Center for Women location. Our PCRs greet, register and room patients, primarily answer phones and schedule patients for the PT center. They also help to cover the PCR front desk, and other administrative work as needed. Start time is 9 am to 5pm with 6:45 a.m. start on Mondays only and half days on Fridays.

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience working in healthcare, exceptional telephone etiquette and customer service skills, as well as basic computer skills. We need someone with a smiling face, strong communication skills (written and verbal), and who possesses the ability to multi-task, stay cool under pressure, and can maintain a level of professionalism in their day-to-day duties. Flexibility is key to this position. A background that includes knowledge of medical terminology and training in EPIC would be preferred. The ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment will add to your success in this position. Covid vaccination is required.
