Position Description:
The Community Linkage Unit (CLU) is a trauma-informed and gender-responsive program for women of all experiences. CLU is a community based program designed to support women to enhance stability and overall well-being by addressing specific needs. The CLU Case Manager provides wrap around care & support and helps participants connect to services within WPA and to community partners. The CLU team connects to community based partners to provide presentations on services and to increase referral sources. The CLU Case Manager will represent WPA at community based events to build connections for potential participants. The CLU team is also responsible for responding to letters from people who are incarcerated.

Compensation:
Compensation for this role is $32.97 per hour commensurate with education and experience. WPA offers a competitive benefits package including health insurance, employer paid dental insurance, generous paid time off along with 11 paid holidays, including paid holiday week between Christmas & New Year’s Day, 403(b) and paid leave, as well as:
