Bilingual Receptionist/Patient Representative – Front Desk

The right person will bring a positive attitude with a friendly outgoing manner to assist patients. As the first and last person a patient sees in the office you will be the person that makes a lasting impact on the patient experience in our office.
Responsibilities
We are seeking to add an experienced Patient Representative to assist and enhance the patients experience.
Greeting and checking patients in and out
Answer phone calls.
Collecting co-payments
Obtaining preauthorization from insurance
Scheduling and registering patients.
Qualifications and Skills
Required:
- Ability to multitask multiple patients and calls
- Attention to detail
- Ability to provide personalized and compassionate service
- Electronic Medical Record experience
- Strong keyboarding skills
- eClinicalWorks (ECW) experience a plus
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Vaccinated
