We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Project Coordinator to contribute to join our growing, successful research team, and to contribute to our new Patient Centered Outcomes Research Institute Project (PCORI) and the NICHD Pelvic Floor Disorders Network (PFDN). Both studies focus on cutting edge research in women’s gynecologic health.

The ideal candidate will have good communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and leadership skills, attention to detail, and time management skills. There will be the potential for additional leadership growth opportunities.

The project coordinator will be funded by PCORI (80%) and the NICHD Pelvic Floor Disorders Network (20%). The Project Coordinator will support the Project Manager and be part of an experienced research team. Duties and responsibilities include:

• Coordinate study team members to keep workflow on track
• Ensure that study milestones are met
• Propose improvements for study efficiency and team management
• Identify and evaluate potential problems and work with team to develop solutions
• Maintain budgets and work schedules
• Oversee the fiscal management of all 5 sub-contracted sites on the PCORI/BEST grant.
• Manage regulatory affairs/contract approval
• Manage project-related paperwork including progress reports and IRB submissions
• Organize and participate in multi-site virtual investigator and stakeholder meetings
• Direct project correspondence by preparing memos, meeting minutes, and emails
• Work creatively on advertising and marketing creation in collaboration with the WIH Marketing Department, including possible social media content
• Perform other job-related duties as requested.
• Monitor intake of capitated payments from RTI to assure they align with the activity of the Urogynecology Research Team.
