Qualifications
- MD/DO
- Current valid license or ability to obtain a medical license to practice medicine in the State of Arizona
- Current DEA certificate or ability to obtain
- Board eligibility in OB/GYN (ABOG, AOBOG) is required; board certification is required within 5 years of achieving initial eligibility and ongoing employment is contingent upon this
- Current BLS required
- 25 years of trust, experience, & women's health expertise
- 100 outpatient locations across 4 states - Florida, Arizona, Kentucky & California
