In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks within our retail environment, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

2. Operate cash register, handle transactions accurately, and provide correct change.

3. Maintain a tidy and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise displays.

4. Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or promotions.

5. Assist in receiving and unpacking shipments of merchandise.

6. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction.

7. Follow company policies and procedures regarding inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.

8. Help create an inviting and positive atmosphere for customers.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.

3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

6. Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems.

7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

8. Proficient in both English and Spanish.
