Position Summary

The purpose of this position is to set up, operate, and troubleshoot Automatic Mail inserting and inject machines. Responsible for ensuring production meets and/or exceeds expectation for productivity, timeliness, and quality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Setting up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle.
• Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)
• Feeding mail to semi-automated machines
• Quality Inspection
• Troubleshooting Machines
• Data entry into corporate MIS System
• Sorting mail from machines

Requirements

• At least 2 years of machine operation experience
• Ability to perform simple math problems.
• Attention to detail.
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand on feet 8-10 hours per day.
• High school diploma or equivalent
