JOB SUMMARY :

The Marketing Campaign Assistant will support the development, deployment, optimization, and management of marketing campaigns and communications.

This includes overseeing marketing automation efforts, building and optimizing digital marketing programs, managing multichannel marketing programs, and supporting the Adobe Campaign infrastructure.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES :

• Act as the primary user and administrator of Adobe Campaign
• Create and optimize digital marketing programs, focusing on nurture programs for leads and customers
• Manage multichannel marketing programs, including creative development, list management, segmentation strategies, testing, execution, tracking, and optimization
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support the Adobe Campaign infrastructure and architecture
• Stay updated on email and demand-gen best practices to improve response rates and engagement
• Standardize and optimize marketing automation processes and QA procedures
• Monitor and report on database KPIs and campaign performance
• Create and maintain best practices and documentation
• Perform other duties as assigned

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :

• 4 years of experience
• Bachelor's Degree

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES :

• Experience with marketing automation platforms, preferably Adobe Campaign
• Experience in healthcare or financial services is a plus
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize work
• Creative, strategic, and analytical thinker
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with A / B testing and lead generation
• Strong knowledge of campaign delivery, conversion rate optimization, and marketing automation implementation best practices
• Experience with relational databases, data structures, and SQL
• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
