Description
The Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for the following:
- Greet and welcome visitors as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls (take down information if employee isn’t available)
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Print, sort and preapprove service orders
- Data entry
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing as needed
- Work with other members of the financial staff and operation department
- Perform related duties as assigned
Requirements
The following are required by the Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk:
- Strong attention to detail to keep accurate accounting entries
- Solid organizational skills to keep track of documentations
- Great customer communication skills to work with various departments
- Knowledge of data entry for record keeping
- General administrative skills, including managing emails
