Wolford America is Hiring a Full Time Stock Associate Near Greenwich, CT
MAIN TASKS:
*Must be able to work weekends*
- Ensure the fulfillment of Wolford orders is at the highest possible service level and at the fastest possible speed.
- Responsible for picking, packing, and shipping customer orders; processing returns; and organizing merchandise and incoming inventory. Receive freigh deliveries and troubleshoot any issues.
- Process and maintain documentation/date in multiple systems including inventory and POS system – Xstore/Farfetch/Excel spreadsheets (cycle counts, inventory updates, negative reports, system reconciliation, damages, replenishment, etc).
- Leverage inventory reports to maximize productivity and merchandise presentation on the sales floor.
- Order shipping and other supplies.
- Rotate items from stock room to floor.
- Assist with Visual set-ups and occasional PR pulls.
Perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager or other leader.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, be on their feet for prolongued periods of time, and actively go up/downstairs throughout the day.
- Proficiency with inventory software. Experience with Farfetch system is a plus!
- Basic Excel knowledge.
